Las Villas
En el SERHS Villas da Pipa Hotel disponemos de habitaciones de diferentes tipologias.
Las Villas están divididas en dos ambientes, el exterior y el interior.
Exterior de las Villas
Jardín privado con césped y piscina. Totalmente equipado con barbacoa y ducha en el jardín. Cada Villa está separada de las demás por muros ecológicos de vegetación típica de la región. Estos muros ecológicos miden 1,90 m en la parte de la piscina para preservar la privacidad total en esta área, y 0,50 m en la parte restante, simplemente para delimitar el jardín de una Villa de otra.
En cada villa, el cliente puede aparcar su coche en un espacio privado.
Interior
Al ingresar nos encontramos con un balcón, mesa y sillas cómodas, desde las cuales se puede observar la alberca, si hay niños jugando en el agua, y también el asador.
En su interior encontramos un sofá cama, mesa con sillas, alfombra rústica, TV 21 ", cocina totalmente equipada y baño completo con ducha, lo que permite una ducha rápida al llegar de la playa sin tener que subir a las habitaciones.
Acceso a la parte superior mediante escalera fabricada en madera noble y maciza en IP. Con dos suites independientes y llave individual de la habitación; Ambos equipados con: baño completo, aire acondicionado, TV (solo en la suite doble) y closets.
Todas las villas están hechas de materiales nobles de madera maciza (Ip y Sucupira) que están autorizados por IDEMA (Departamento de Medio Ambiente).
Además, nuestra preocupación por el medio ambiente nos llevó a adecuar nuestra construcción para preservar los árboles frutales que ya estaban en nuestra tierra, como cocoteros, mangos, limoneros, anacardos, plataneros, entre otros. Proporcionando así un entorno aún más natural.
* EL USO DE EQUIPOS DE AUDIO ESTÁ PROHIBIDO EN EL PERIODO ENTRE LAS 10 PM Y LAS 8 AM DEL DIA SIGUIENTE. FUERA DE ESTE TIEMPO SOLO SE PERMITIRÁ SONIDO AMBIENTAL DE BAJO VOLUMEN. EN CASO DE INCUMPLIMIENTO, EL HOTEL LE COBRARÁ UNA MULTA DIARIA (TARIFA DIARIA PAGADA POR EL HUÉSPED EL DÍA).
