Outside
Each plot has a lawn and a swimming pool, as well as a fully equipped barbecue and a shower in the garden. Each villa is on an independent site separated from its neighbours by eco-friendly walls made from local vegetation. On the pool side these walls are 1.9 m high in order to maintain this area’s total privacy, and 0.5 m high elsewhere, simply to define the garden’s limits.
Each villa also has an area set aside for guests to park their cars.
Inside
Each villa has a spacious porch with a hammock, table, and comfortable chairs from where you can keep an eye on the barbecue and on the pool, in case there are children playing in the water.
The inside is furnished with a sofa-bed, folding table, coffee table, rustic carpet, 21” rotating TV, fully-equipped integrated kitchen and a full bathroom with shower, so you can take a quick shower when you get back from the beach without having to go upstairs to the bedroom. The villas are also decorated with pictures, plants.
A fine, solid, hardwood staircase made from lapacho wood leads to the first floor. This has two separate suite bedrooms with a separate door key for each, both equipped with a full bathroom, air-conditioning, one TV on the suite room , minibar, and furniture, all finished with rustic decoration typical of the area.
All the villas are constructed from fine, solid woods (lapacho and sucupira) which, although they are the finest woods in the region, are authorised by IDEMA (The Environment Department).
In addition, practically all the flora has been preserved throughout the whole complex, by diverting paths and adapting the layouts of the plots so as not to cut down a single palm tree, mango or cashew tree, which are the most abundant types. In some of the villas you can even pick your own coconuts from the bedroom balcony. If they wish, guests can also pick ripe mangos or cashews from the trees in their own gardens.
*THE USE OF AUDIO DEVICES IS FORBIDDEN IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 10 PM AND 8 AM OF THE FOLLOWING DAY. OUTSIDE THIS TIME ONLY LOW VOLUME ENVIRONMENTAL SOUND WILL BE ALLOWED. IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE, THE HOTEL WILL CHARGE A DAILY FINE (DAILY RATE PAID BY THE GUEST ON THE DAY).
